Complete Trial Setup

All credentials and confirmations are required to make this trial available for client signup.

1. Pay for 1 additional bot in Botpress billing
2. Create a new bot → Start from scratch
3. Upload the golden .bpz file
4. Name the bot with the trial number

1. Create a new organization in Vapi dashboard
2. Name with the trial number
3. Add payment method via link
4. Buy a (575) phone number

1. Create subaccount from Account Snapshots
2. Go to EffortlessAI agency → create a (505) phone number
3. Go to Agency → Settings → Phone Integration
4. Click the three dots → Link to LeadConnector
5. Go to Move Numbers → assign to subaccount
6. Go to New Subaccount → Phone System → click the three dots of the new phone number → Edit Configuration: toggle Call Recording on; uncheck Call recording message; Save.
7. Go to the Voice tab → Call Transcription: check Enable Call Transcription.
8. Go to New Subaccount → Settings → Private Integrations: Create n8n Integration

9. Go to New Subaccount → Automations → 🔒 System Workflows
10. Update IVR to Vapi and turn on Trial Workflows
